Only one round trip journey is allowed in conjunction with Special Visit USA Fares.

Tickets are valid for 1 year. Travel must commence within 21 days of arrival in the USA.
The first flight must be booked before arrival in the USA and the rest of the itinerary may
be left open dated. Reservation must be booked in К or KN class. Any changes to the
itinerary must be made at least 2 hours in advance of new flight departure - an
amendment charge will be made. Tickets must be purchased prior to arrival in the USA
only by residents of a country other than the USA - US military personnel stationed in the
UK are eligible, ihres are subject to change.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SPECIAL VISIT USA AIRPASS FARES

Fare Application

Applies entirely via HP within the Continental US for residents of a country/common¬
wealth/territory other than the 50 state/DC in conjunction with international travel
beginning and ending at least 100 miles beyond any US border. Residents of Puerto
Rico/the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Micronesia, Midway and Wake Islands
are eligible for these fares.

Stopovers

Stopovers are permitted at the cities designated on the ticketed itinerary.
Combinations

Circle/Open Jaw are permitted. Children’s fares apply for accompanied children ages 2
through 11 years.

Rerouting/Flight Changes/Voluntary Rerouting

Changes to reservations must be made and tickets reissued/revalidated at least 2 hours
before departure of the new flight.

NOTE: A charge of UK £20.00 will apply each time a ticket is reissued. The charge
will be retained by the carrier or office performing the reissue.

Involuntary Rerouting

Passengers will not be rerouted via other carriers.

Cancellation and Refunds

Before departure: The refund will be the fare paid less a UK £20.00 service charge. The
charge will be retained by the office performing the refund.

After Departure: The refund will be the difference between the fare paid and the
KVUSA/KCVUSA fares for the transportation used. If the KVUSA/KCVUSA fares
exceed the fare paid, no additional charge will be made.

Discounts

Tbur Conductor may travel free with each group of at least 15 passengers. Tickets must
be purchased and issued prior to arrival in the continental US.

Special Conditions

Documentation: Upon request from HP passengers must present proof of residence and
proof of origin and destination consisting of a ticket for commercial AIR/SEA
transportation.
