The Art Nouveau styles of the late nine¬
teenth century exhibited a bold
approach to organic lines and lavish
decoration This new style was spread
throughout the world and helped usher
m a new era that led to modern art and
design The styles of Art Nouveau var¬
ied from country to country and indi¬
vidual styles emerged throughout
Europe and the United States Artists
such as Allons Mucha and Gustav Klimt
typify the imagery in Art Nouveau
paintings. Other arts such as architec¬
ture, glass, and sculpture also
embraced the movement's affinity
toward integrating the organic into
objects of everyday life.
Art Nouveau Bistro is an elaborate font
that exhibits the languid line that is
typical of the Art Nouveau illustration style
Art Nouveau Café is a more streamlined
approach to the alphabet, yet still
evocative of European signage at the
turn of the last century.
Art Nouveau Extras features a set of
seventy-two illustrations of floral
organic elements that can be assem¬
bled into a wide variety of borders.
